R&L Glover Enterprises began in 2008, when Robert “Bob” Glover started taking on small projects for friends and family after retiring from a long career in construction. Bob quickly became known not just for his craftsmanship, but for the pride and care he put into every job. Over the years, his work left a lasting mark on the community — one that’s still visible today in the buildings he helped shape and the relationships he built along the way.

As the business grew, so did its vision. Years later, Bob’s grandson, Bryce Evans, purchased the family business and stepped in to carry it forward. What began as residential remodels has since expanded into a thriving commercial construction company.

While the scale of the work has evolved, the heart of the business hasn’t changed. Today, R&L Glover Enterprises continues to honor Bob’s legacy — bringing the same dedication, craftsmanship, and personal commitment to every project.
